On Saturday, he brings The Golden Hour Groove with cookout soul and classic R&B. On Sunday night, he delivers The Sunday Night Reset, helping listeners wind down the weekend and prepare for the week ahead.
Darius grew up around Saturday cookouts and Sunday family gatherings — uncles on the grill, aunties laughing, kids running around, and soul music bumping from the porch speakers. The Isley Brothers, Al Green, Marvin Gaye, Teddy Pendergrass — that was the soundtrack. Before WPTG FM, Darius hosted community cookouts, family reunions, and neighborhood gatherings where he was known as the guy who always had the right music for the moment. Now on WPTG FM, Darius brings that same soul to Saturday evenings and Sunday nights.
