Respect for copyright
WPTG FM respects the intellectual property of others and responds to properly submitted notices of claimed copyright infringement concerning material hosted on this website.
Sending a notice
A notice should include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or precise location of the material on this site.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice
If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, telephone number and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
Accounts or contributors who repeatedly submit infringing material may be blocked from submitting content to the station.
Music and audio
