This policy covers the WPTG FM website and the listener features it provides: the live stream player, The Groove Report, the schedule and talent pages, and the Community and Connect submission forms.

We collect only what you type into a form. Depending on the form, that may include your name or on-air name, email address, message text, song or dedication details, and any links you choose to share. Newsletter sign-up collects an email address.

When you submit a form, the site records a technical identifier derived from your network connection (IP address) so that submission volume can be rate limited and abuse can be blocked. Submission timestamps are stored with each record.

The site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics tags. The player stores your volume and mute preference in your own browser's local storage; that information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Submissions are reviewed by station staff before anything is shown publicly. Approved shoutouts, dedications and Guest Spotlight entries may appear on the Community page and in station programming. Contact inquiries and newsletter subscriber records are visible only to authorized WPTG FM staff and are not published.

The website and its database are hosted on the station's web platform, and the audio stream is delivered by Live365. Any additional processors — email delivery, analytics, or content delivery — will be listed here once confirmed: [operator to confirm: current list of third-party processors].
